How credits, quotes and refunds work in Go Motion.
Each scene is cut from licensed stock footage and images matched to the narration, with a natural voice, word-timed captions and the template you choose, rendered as a 1080p MP4. You review every scene before export and can swap any visual, so the result reflects your judgement rather than a single roll of the dice.
Generation costs 30 credits per started minute and an MP4 export 5 credits per started minute, so a five-minute video is about 175 credits: roughly 6 such videos from the Starter pack. Updating voice-over and captions after edits is 1 credit plus 4 per changed minute, swapping one visual 5 credits (returned if nothing suitable is found), a music track 5 and a sound effect from 2. The exact amount is always shown in the quote you confirm before anything runs.
Landscape 16:9 for YouTube and portrait 9:16 for Shorts, Reels and TikTok, from 30 seconds to 60 minutes. It suits explainers, listicles, history and science stories, finance and product channels, and any faceless format that lives on narration plus footage. English is fully supported, with more languages available for narration and captions.
Yes. The editor lets you edit narration text, reorder, split or delete scenes, replace visuals from your library or stock search, and change captions, music and templates. Editing and previewing are free; updating voice-over and captions, generating a new visual and exporting are quoted separately.
Yes. Start from a topic, paste a finished script, or upload your own voiceover and Go Motion transcribes it and cuts scenes to it. Your own footage and images go into the asset library and can be placed on any scene.
Credit packs are a one-time purchase with no renewal, and their credits never expire. Yearly plans add the whole year of credits up front, valid for 365 days, and renew once a year until you cancel in Billing. The oldest credits are used first, and your balance is always visible in Billing.
A failed job always returns its credits; the provider cost is on us. Canceling before any paid provider work returns the reserved credits, and once a paid service has run the dialog says so before you confirm. When a provider result is still unknown, the credits stay reserved until it is reconciled, and the job record shows the settlement.
Open a ticket from Settings → Support in the workspace or use the contact link on this page. Include the project or job id and we will go through the job record with you.

Start with a topic, a script or a recording. Every paid step shows its quote first, and failed jobs are refunded.
