Terms of Service
The rules for using Go Motion, including accounts, credits, your content, third-party footage and acceptable use.
Last updated: 2026-10-23
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Go Motion ("Go Motion", "we", "us"). They apply when you visit our website or use the Go Motion studio to turn topics, scripts, recordings and articles into videos (the "Service"). Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are part of these Terms. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use Go Motion. If you use the Service for a company or other organization, you confirm that you can accept these Terms on its behalf.
Your account
Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away at support@gomotion-ai.app if you think someone else has used it. One person may not create several accounts to collect free credits.
The Service
Go Motion writes scripts, finds stock footage, generates narration, captions and music, and lets you edit every scene before you export or publish. We keep improving the Service, so features may be added, changed or removed. Some features may be marked as beta and may not always work as expected.
Credits, plans and payments
- Credits. Paid actions, such as generating or exporting a video, use credits. Before an action runs, the studio shows how many credits it will use.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases. Their credits do not expire while your account is open.
- Yearly plans are billed once a year in advance. The year's credits are added at the start of each term and are valid for 365 days. A yearly plan renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel it in Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan and its credits stay available until the end of the paid term.
- Payments are processed by Stripe in US dollars. Prices are shown before checkout and may include or add taxes where required. We may change prices for future purchases and renewals; we will tell yearly subscribers before a new price applies to their renewal.
- Failed and cancelled jobs. If a job fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. If you cancel a job before any paid processing starts, its reserved credits are returned; once paid processing has run, those credits are used, and the studio tells you so before you confirm.
- Free credits we give to new accounts or in promotions may expire and have no cash value.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be exchanged for money except as described in the Refund Policy.
Your content
"Your content" means what you put into Go Motion, such as topics, scripts, articles, recordings and uploads, and the videos, scripts, captions and other results created for you.
- As between you and Go Motion, you own your content.
- You give Go Motion a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process and transmit your content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, including sending it to the AI providers that run your jobs. This license ends when your content is deleted, except for copies we must keep by law.
- You confirm that you have the rights needed for what you upload, including permission from anyone whose voice, likeness or work appears in it.
Stock footage, music and voices
Go Motion finds footage and images in third-party libraries such as Pexels, Pixabay, Unsplash, NASA, Internet Archive and Wikimedia Commons. Each clip keeps its own license (for example CC0, public domain or CC BY), and the studio shows the license next to it. You are responsible for following those licenses when you publish, including giving credit where a license such as CC BY requires it, and for respecting limits on trademarks, recognizable people and sensitive uses. Music, sound effects and AI voices offered in the studio may be used in videos you make with Go Motion. We work to offer only material that allows this use, but we do not guarantee that every third-party item is free of claims.
YouTube references
You can paste a YouTube link so Go Motion learns the structure and writing style of a video. Use references for inspiration only; do not copy another creator's script, footage or brand. These features use YouTube API Services, and by using them you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's Privacy Policy also applies.
AI-generated results
AI can make mistakes. Scripts, facts, numbers, captions and translations may be wrong or incomplete, and results may look like content made for other users. Check your video before you publish it, and follow the AI-content rules of the platforms where you post. You are responsible for the videos you publish.
Acceptable use
Do not use Go Motion to create, upload or share content that:
- is illegal, or promotes violence, terrorism or the sale of illegal goods;
- infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, or reuses another creator's work without permission;
- harasses, threatens or promotes hatred against people or groups;
- is sexually explicit, or sexualizes or endangers minors in any way;
- uses a real person's name, likeness or voice without permission, or impersonates people or organizations to mislead;
- spreads false information presented as fact, including fake news and election or health misinformation;
- encourages self-harm, or contains spam, malware or scams.
Also do not:
- reverse engineer, scrape or overload the Service, or get around its limits and security;
- share, resell or sublicense your account or access to the Service;
- open accounts or use payment methods to abuse free credits, refunds or chargebacks.
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Publishing to other platforms
When you export a video or publish it to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or another platform, that platform's terms and policies apply to your post. Go Motion is not responsible for how those platforms treat your videos.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, templates and the Go Motion name and logo, belongs to Go Motion and its licensors. These Terms give you no rights to them except to use the Service as described here.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Go Motion at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@gomotion-ai.app. We may suspend or close your account, with notice where reasonable, if you break these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or do not pay. When an account is closed for breaking these Terms, its remaining credits are lost. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as those on content licenses you granted, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity, survive termination.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that results will meet your needs, or that videos will perform well on any platform.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Go Motion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and compensate Go Motion against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of anyone's rights.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the studio before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.
General
These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between you and Go Motion about the Service. If a part of them cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
